- Each option is inflated with helium ready for collection from our premises in Ruislip, HA4.
- A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required when placing the order online. If you need it the same day please call us on 020 8400 0570 (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email. If we are very busy we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we will see emails and messages from the chatbot pretty quickly.
- The price includes the balloons, ribbon, mini balloons around the weight, helium, hi-float and labour costs.
- The earliest these sets will be available for collection will be 11.00am as hi-float requires 2 hours for drying once the balloons are inflated.
- To order select the “Collection” option on the check out page and then select your required date and time of collection. Only available time slots will be displayed. A minimum of 3 hours notice is required for this product. If your required time of collection is not shown please contact us to check if we can do it at that time or leave a note on the check out page.
- Once you have placed your order we will reply to confirm your collection date and time and provide full information on how to collect from us.
- Note that no cancellation refund is possible once we have started treating the balloons with hi-float (if latex) or inflating the balloons.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and in the same state as when you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
